Located around the genital area, the sacral chakra is the centre of pleasure, passion, sensuality and creativity.
The sacral chakra governs the reproductive system, sexuality and emotions, as well as our sense of adventure.
When the sacral chakra is out of balance, it can cause a loss of sexual interest, discomfort with ones own body and a lack of sponantaneity and creativity.
Meditation is a wonderful way to activate and balance the chakras and this meditative track, will help you to engage with your sacral chakra and bring it back into balance, thereby restoring all the positive feelings and attributes a properly activated sacral chakra brings.
Breathwork meditation is a fantastic technique for helping to restore balance and it can assist in removing negative energy from the sacral chakra. You could even add one of our breathwork candles, or wax melts to the practice, to fully immerse yourself in your meditation and healing.
