Root Chakra Series 2 is another 60 minutes of beautiful healing music, for the root chakra, or muladhara, as it is known in Sanskrit.
Located at the base of the spine, the root chakra is the centre of emotional and spiritual balance.
The root chakra governs the sense of need, our strength & stability, self-preservation and feelings of being grounded.
When the root chakra is out of balance, it can cause feelings of weakness, anxiety, fear, stagnation and powerlessness.
Meditation is a wonderful way to activate and balance the chakras and this meditative track, will help you to engage with your root chakra and bring it back into balance, thereby restoring all the positive feelings and attributes a properly activated root chakra brings.
Breathwork meditation is a fantastic technique for helping to restore balance and it can assist in removing negative energy from the root chakra.
