RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Refunds

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return all or part of your order, you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.

Meditation Machines have a 30-day window for returns and have different returns criteria, as outlined below in the section “To return a Meditation Machine”.

To return a product to us (excluding Meditation Machines), please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us by email at returns@meditativemoods.co.uk with your order number and details of the goods you wish to return. Providing the goods detailed are eligible for return, we will issue you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number that must be used with your return.
2. On receipt of your RMA, please package the goods safely, include a copy of your invoice with the returned goods and write the RMA on the outside of the package.
3. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the issue date of the RMA.
4. Once in receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your original payment method.
5. Goods returned without an RMA will incur an administration fee of £20+VAT.

To return a Meditation Machine, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us by email at returns@meditativemoods.co.uk within 30 days of receipt of your order, providing your order number and details of the goods you wish to return. Providing the goods detailed are eligible for return, we will issue you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number that must be used with your return.
2. On receipt of your RMA, please package the goods safely and include all accessories, manuals and internal & external packaging. Place a copy of your invoice in the package and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
3. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the issue date of the RMA.
4. Meditation Machines must be returned using an adequately insured and tracked delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
5. Unless the Meditation Machine is being returned due to a fault, the cost of the return delivery is the responsibility of the sender.
6. Once in receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your original payment method.
7. Goods returned without an RMA will incur an administration fee of £20+VAT.
8. Meditation Machine returns will only be processed in instances where the returned goods are in a resaleable condition and include all accessories, manuals and internal & external packaging. Goods not in resaleable condition will either be returned to buyer, or incur charges to bring them up to resaleable condition including but not limited to the costs of, new accessories, new paperwork and manuals, new inner and/or outer packaging, product cleaning and preparation.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy
