Seiza Meditation Bench – Red Oak with Fixed Legs plus Bench Cushion Offer
Designed for use in the kneeling or Seiza meditation position, this stool offers exceptional comfort and posture, allowing you to meditate without discomfort or distraction.
The kneeling position will automatically result in a straight back, which is ideal for positive energy.
Made from Red Oak, this Seiza meditation bench encourages a posture that helps keep the back straight and relaxed, even during a longer period of sitting.
With a flat seating area, the seat is also angled slightly higher at the back than the front, to best suit the kneeling position.
It features fixed legs that are angled two ways to provide maximum stability for the user.
In addition to the Seiza Meditation Bench, you’ll receive a bench cushion in one of three colours – Purple / Black / Indigo. Colour will be chosen at random.
